Abstract: THE STANDARD REQUIRES OWNERS OF NEW OR MODIFIED/RECONSTRUCTED POLYMERI COATING OF SUPPORTING SUBSTRATE FACILITIES TO MAKE REPORTS TO THE ADMINISTRATOR AND TO KEEP RECORDS. THE REPORTS AND RECORDS ENABLE THE ADMINISTRATOR TO DETERMINE THAT BEST DEMONSTRATED TECHNOLOGY IS INSTALLED AND PROPERLY OPERATED AND MAINTAINED.
