Abstract: MANUFACTURERS OF RESIDENTIAL WOOD HEATERS AND LABORATORIES ACCREDITED BY EPA FOR CONDUCTING CERTIFICATION TESTS OF REPRESENTATIVE WOOD HEATERS WOULD BE REQUIRED TO MAKE SEVERAL ONE-TIME AND PERIODIC REPORT NECESSARY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE PROPOSED RULE. ALSO, LABORATORIES, MANUFACTURERS, AS WELL AS DISTRIBUTORS AND RETAILERS WOULD BE REQUIRED TO RETAIN RECORDS.
