Abstract: OMB PREVIOUSLY APPROVED AN ANNUAL INFORMATION COLLECTION 10-20-84 (2105-0508). SUBSEQUENT NEGOTIATIONS BETWEEN DOT AND OMB RESULTED IN AGREEMENT TO CHANGE THE REPORTING FREQUENCY TO EVERY THIRD YEAR RATHER THAN ANNUALLY. THIS SUBMISSION REFLECTS THE REDUCED REPORTING FREQUENCY.
