Abstract: THIS INFORMATION IS ESSENTIAL FOR HUD ASSESSMENT OF THE SELF-INSURED PROPERTY/CASUALTY LOSSES AND SET ASIDE RESERVE FUND OF UNINSURED PUBLI HOUSING AGENCIES (PHA'S). THIS WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY COMPARING THE SET ASIDE RESERVE ACCOUNT TO THE TOTAL OF THE INCURRED LOSSES AND LOSS ADJUSTMENT EXPENSE FOR ALL UNINSURED LOSSES THAT OCCURRED DURING THE WAIVER PERIOD OF SECTION 305 OF THE ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT
