CERTIFICATION THAT MODIFICATIONS COMPLY WITH TECHNICAL STANDARDS MUST BE PLACED IN STATION RECORDS. DATA USED BY FCC TO ASSURE MODIFICATIONS COMPLY WITH RULES AND STATION AUTHORIZATION.
