Abstract: TITLE 5, U.S.C, SECTION 8341 (A)(3)(C) PROVIDES SURVIVOR BENEFITS TO CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 18 AND 22 IF THEY ARE UNAMRRIED, FULL-TIME STUDENTS. THIS FORM IS PROVIDED TO CHILDREN WHO APPEAR TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR BENEFITS WHEN THE DEATH CLAIM IS INITIALLY RECEIVED.
