Abstract: SECTION 7(C)(2) OF THE RR ACT REQUIRES A FINANCIAL INTERCHANGE BETWEEN THE OASI TRUST FUNDS AND THE RAILROAD RETIREMENT ACCOUNT. THE COLLECTION OBTAINS GROSS EARNINGS OF RAILWAY EMPLOYEES ON A 1 PERCENT BASIS.
