Abstract: TVA NEEDS QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE CONSUMER DATA ON THE AWARENESS OF, ATTITUDE TOWARDS, AND INTENTIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN ITS RESIDENTIAL CONSERVATION PROGRAMS. TVA NEEDS TO PREDICT THE PENETRATION OF THESE PROGRAMS SINCE THEY AFFECT THE AGENCY'S OPERATIONAL PLANS AND CAPACITY EXPANSION SCHEDULE WHEN USED AS INPUT INTO THE LOAD FORECAST.
