Abstract: STATES MUST SUBMIT AN ESTIMATE OF THE NUMBER OF HANDICAPPED CHILDREN AGES 3 THROUGH 5 THE STATE WILL BE SERVING ON 12/1/87. CHILDREN SERVED UNDER BOTH EHA-B AND CHAPTER 1 HANDICAPPED MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL IN ORDER TO CALCULATE A NET INCREASE. FY 1987 AWARDS CANNOT BE MADE WITHOUT THIS DATA.
