IF AN INTERSTATE PIPELINE'S RATE FILING COMPLIES WITH REQUIREMENTS
AND THAT THE RATE/CHARGE FOR THE TRANSPORTATION/SALE OF
JURISDICTIONAL NATURAL GAS IS JUST AND REASONABLE.
