Abstract: SECTION 701.21(H)(4)(II) REQUIRES THAT FEDERAL CREDIT UNIONS NOTIFY NCUA OF OUTSTANDING LOANS THAT DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENT IN THE FINA RULE THAT LOANS TO ONE BORROWER DO NOT EXCEED 20 PERCENT OF THE CREDIT UNION'S RESERVES. THE NOTIFICATION IS NECESSARY SO THAT NCUA CAN MONITOR POTENTIAL PROBLEM LOANS.
