Abstract: THE CENSUS BUREAU IS PLANNING TO CONDUCT A FULL-SCALE DRESS REHEARSAL OF THE 1990 POPULATION AND HOUSING CENSUS I 1988. LIST/ENUMERATION CENSUS PROCEDURES ARE NECESSARY TO ENUMERATE RURAL AND SPARSELY POPULATED AREAS. RESPONDENTS WILL BE RESIDENTS OF RURAL AREAS LOCATED IN 8 COUNTIES OF EASTERN WASHINGTON STATE AND COLVILLE AND SPOKANE INDIAN RESERVATIONS.
