OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING TO CONVERT THIS COLLECTION OF INFORMATION TO
A CERTIFICATION AS DEFINED IN 5CFR1320.7(K)(1), WE WILL EXPECT THIS
COLLECTION TO EXPIRE WHEN THE FINAL RULE IS PROMULGATED, UNLESS THE
RULEMAKING RECORD PRODUCES EVIDENCE THAT COMPLETELY JUSTIFIES THIS
RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENT.

RECORD OF THE RESULTS OF THE TESTS.
