Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO ADMINISTER SECTION 10(E) OF THE FEDERAL POWER ACT (FPA) WHICH DIRECTS THE COMMISSION (1) TO COLLECT ANNUAL CHARGES FOR HYDROPOWER LICENSEES FOR REIMBURSEMENT FOR ADMINISTRATION OF PART I OF THE EPA, AND (2) TO ASSESS FEES TO LICENSEES USING U.S. LANDS.
