This ICR is approved for three years under the following conditions: (1) States are only required to report to EPA annually, not quarterly as the ICR requests, (2) EPA will examine all the recordkeeping requirements, determine whi should be reduced, especially those that extend beyond 3 years, and propose the appropriate recordkeeping changes in the regulations, and (3) EPA will clearly indicate in its next renewal the additional burden hours that result from any new regulatory requirements.
