Abstract: THE COAST GUARD MUST RECOMMEND TO DOT WHICH RADIONAVIGATION SYSTEMS (RNS) TO CONTINUE OR DISCONTINUE AND PROVIDE A SCHEDULE CONSISTENT WIT THE RECOMMENDATION. SUCH RECOMMENDATIONS WILL AFFECT SMALL AND LARGE MARINE VESSEL OPERATORS AND LAND-BASED RNS USERS. THIS ONE-TIME SURVEY WILL ENABLE THE COAST GUARD TO INFORM ITS RECOMMENDATION WITH USERS' INPUT.
