Abstract: THE FOOD STAMP ACT AND REGULATIONS PROVIDE FOR THE REDEMPTION OF COUPONS ACCEPTED BY AUTHORIZED PROVIDERS OF FOOD. THIS SUBMISSION REDETERMINES THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BURDEN BASED ON A PROGRAM CHANGE THAT AFFECT THE WAY COUPONS ARE COUNTED.
