Abstract: THESE DATA ARE NEED TO DETERMINE THE OPPORTUNITY COST OF LABOR FOR CALIFORNIA COMMERCIAL FISHERMEN. DATA COLLECTION WILL IMPROVE ACCURACY OF PUBLIC EXPENDITUR BENEFIT-COST ANALYSIS, PARTICULARLY WITH RESPECT TO THE IMPACT OF FISHERY MANAGEMENT POLICIES ON THE DEMAND FOR LABOR.
