Abstract: CHAMPUS NEEDS DATA REGARDING HOSPITALS' INCURRED COSTS FOR CAPITAL AND DIRECT MEDICAL EDUCATION. THIS DATA WILL BE USED TO REIMBURSE HOSPITALS FOR THESE COSTS UNDER THE CHAMPUS DRG-BASED PAYMENT SYSTEM. THE INFORMATION WIL BE REQUIRED FROM EACH HOSPITAL SUBJECT TO THE CHAMPUS SYSTEM (APPROXIMATELY 5600 HOSPITALS).
