ASSISTANCE THROUGH OTHER FEDERALLY ASSISTED PROGRAMS. IN ORDER TO
DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY, CERTAIN INFORMATION MUST BE PROVIDED BY EACH
APPLICANT. ON THE BASIS OF THIS INFORMATION AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH
25 CFR 256.5, TRIBES DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY AS WELL AS THE AMOUNT OF
HIP FUNDS TO BE GRANTED TO EACH
