Abstract: IRC SECTION 217 REQUIRES ITIMIZATION OF VARIOUS ALLOWABLE MOVING EXPENSES. IRC SEC. 274(N) LIMITS CERTAIN MEAL EXPENSES TO 80 PERCENT. FORMS 3903 AND 3903F ARE FILED WITH FORM 1040 BY INDIVIDUALS WHO MOVED THEIR PERSONAL RESIDENCES TO SUPPORT THEIR DEDUCTIONS. THE DATA IS USE TO HELP VERIFY THAT THE MOVING EXPENSE CLAIMED IS PROPER.
