Abstract: THIS PACKAGE PROVIDES INSTRUCTIONS AND A FORM NECESSARY FOR STATES TO REPORT EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES IN NEED OF IMPROVEMENT AS WELL AS THE NUMBER HANDICAPPED INFANTS AND TODDLERS WHO ARE IN NEED FO THESE IMPROVED SERVICES. THE FORM SATISFIES MANDATED REPORTED REQUIREMENTS, AND THE DATA ARE USED BY OSEP FOR MONITORING AND CONGRESSIONAL REPORTING PURPOSES.
