Abstract: THIS CLEARANCE PACKAGE PROVIDES BURDEN HOURS ASSOCIATED WITH THE NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR UNDERGROUND TANKS CONTAINING REGULATED SUBSTANCES. UNDER RCRA, EACH OWNER OF AN UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MUST NOTIFY THE DESIGNATED STATE OR LOCAL AGENCY OR DEPARTMENT OF THE EXISTENCE OF SUCH TANKS.
