Abstract: THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY SHALL RANDOMLY TELEPHONE SURVEY THE RESIDENTS WITHIN THE EMERGENCY PLANNING ZONE (EPZ) OF 7 NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS AS STIPULATED IN APPENDIX 3 OF NUREG-0654/FEMA-REP-1, REV.1. FROM AN APPROXIMATE SAMPLE OF 2,500 HOUSEHOLDS, BETWEEN 250 AND 385 RESIDENCES WILL BE VOLUNTARILY SURVEYED, FOLLOWING THE ATTACHED STANDARDIZED QUESTIONNAIRE. (SEE ATTACHMENT 2)
