Abstract: GSA'S MULTIPLE AWARD SCHEDULE (MAS) POLICY HASE PRESCRIBED A PRICE REDUCTIONS CLAUSE IN ALL MAS CONTRACTS. THE CLAUSE ENSURES THAT THE GOVERNMENT MAINTAINS ITS RELATNIONSHIP WITH A CONTRACTOR'S IDENTIFIED CUSTOMER DURING THE CONTRACT TERM WITH RESPECT TO PRICE, DISCOUNT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS. MAS CONTRACTORS MUST REPORT PRICE REDUCTIONS.
