TRADE REPRESENTATIVE WITH REQUESTED INFORMATION CONCERNING
INADEQUACIES IN FOREIGN PROTECTION OF INTELLECTURAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
AND THE AFFECT ON U.S. INDUSTRIES AND TRADE. U.S. FIRMS THAT RELY
TO A SIGNIFICANT EXTENT ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS WILL BE
REQUIRED TO RESPOND TO THE QUEESTIONNAIRE.
