Abstract: THE QUESTIONNAIRE RESPONSES ARE NEEDED BY THE COMMISSION TO REPORT TO THE SUBCOMMITTEE ON TRADE THE ECONOMIC IMPACT OF THE USE OF THESE TARIFF PROVISIONS. THE SUBCOMMITTEE NEEDS THE REPORT BEFORE ENTERTAINING LEGISLATION WHICH WOULD ALTER THESE PROVISIONS. AFFECTS FIRMS IMPORTING UNDER 806/807, THEIR COMPONENT SUPPLIERS, AND COMPETITORS OF BOTH.
