Abstract: DATA COLLECTION ON THE PARTICIPANT CHARACTERISTICS OF TVA RESIDENTIAL ENERGY CONSERVATION PROGRAMS IS NECESSARY. IN-HOUSE ANALYSIS WILL AID PROMOTIONAL STRATEGIES, LONG-RANGE PLANNING AND PROGRAM EVALUATION.
