Abstract: USDA/FNS NEEDS TO KNOW WHA VENDOR MANAGEMENT PRACTICES STATE WIC AGENCIES ARE USING TO PREVENT, DETECT, MONITOR AND IMPOSE SANCTIONS FOR VENDOR FRAUD AND SERIOUS FORM OF ABUSE, WHAT PRACTICES ARE THE MOST EFFECTIVE, AND IN WHAT TYPES OF SETTINGS SUCH PRACTICES ARE USED. HAVING THIS INFORMATION WILL HELP F DEVELOP GUIDELINES AND MODELS FOR EFFECTIVE FRAUD CONTROL.
