Abstract: THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY PRIVATE OR PUBLIC ENTITIES ON THIS APPLICATION WILL ENABLE THE DEPARTMENTS OF COMMERCE AND JUSTICE TO BEGIN AN ANALYSIS TO DETERMINE WHETHER AN ANTITRUST EXPORT TRADE CERTIFICATE OF REVIEW SHOULD BE ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH TITLE III OF THE EXPORT TRADING COMPANY ACT OF 1982 (15 USC 4011-4021).
