Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY USE OF THE FORM SSA-3962 IS NEEDED TO SUMMARIZE INFORMATION ON STATE WAGE REPORTS FOR PERIODS PRIOR TO 1982. IT ALSO SERVES TO CONTROL AND VERIFY WAGE TOTALS ON FORMS SSA-3963 AND SSA-3964 AND TO CONTROL DEPOSIT INFORMATION ON FORM SSA-3961.
