Terms of Clearance: EFFECTIVE 3/6/89 - The Forest Service submitted an information collection package for the portion of this collection that is reviewed by the Forest Service. Their solicitors felt that they needed their own collection because of their new Oil and Gas Leasing rule. As a result, a corresponding adjustment has been made to this collection.
