BIA should resubmit this paperwork for approval with the following additional information: 1) the Parent's Survey form or a list of all questions to be asked of parents, if no form will be used, 2) the application form the contractor will submit, or a list of all all info to be required, and 3) a breakdown of the calculation of 54 burden hours per respondant to reflect, at a minimum, the burden of the parent survey versus the rest of the application.

Abstract: ANY TRIBE OR TRIBAL ORGANIZATION IS ELIGIBLE TO CONTRACT EDUCATION PROGRAMS FROM TH BUREAU OF INDIAN AFFAIRS. THESE RULES ESTABLISH CRITERIA UNDER WHICH A TRIBE MAY APPLY FOR A NEW SCHOOL START OR PROGRAM EXPANSION. THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL BE IN ADDITION TO THAT REQUIRED UNDER 25 CFR 271.14.
