Abstract: THIS FORM IS REQUIRED TO COLLECT DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH TITLE II OF T NPGA (INCREMENTAL PRICING). THE STATUTE REQUIRES THAT A SURCHARGE PLACED ON AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITY FOR INDUSTRIAL USE BE SUCH THT THE ULTIMATE COST OF THE GAS TO THE FACILITY DOES NOT EXCEED THE COST OF T FUEL OIL WHICH IS WOULD USE AS AN ALTERNATIVE.
