Abstract: THIS REPORT PROVIDES BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT A BOATING ACCIDENT WHICH MAY LEAD TO FURTHER INVESTIGATION. A STATISTICAL DATA BASE IS CREATED TO PUBLISH AN ANNUAL REPORT TO MEET REQUIREMENTS OF 46 USC 6102 AND FOR ANALYTICAL AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT PURPOSES. THIS GG FORM IS USED FOR TWO STATES, REMAINING STATES PATTERN THEIR FORMS ON IT.
