Abstract: THE ANNUAL REPORT OF TRUST ASSETS IS SUBMITTED BY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIO WHICH OPERATE TRUST DEPARTMENTS. THE REPORT IS THE ONLY SOURCE OF INFORMATION AVAILABLE REGARDING MARKET VALUES OF ASSETS HELD IN TRUST DEPARTMENTS. THE INFORMATION IS COMPILED BY THE FDIC AND PUBLISHED IN AN ANNUAL REPORT WHICH IS USED BY BANKS, BANKING GROUPS AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES THAT ARE CONCERNED WITH THE TRUST ACTIVITIES OF BANKS AND TRUST COMPANIES.
