SMALL BUSINESS INVESTMENT COMPANIES ARE REQUIRED BY REGULATION TO SUBMIT ALL CHANGES TO SBA FOR POST APPROVAL AS A CONDITION FOR THE CONTINUANCE OF THEIR LICENSE.
