instructed to reevaluate the total burden on an SBIC of submitting
an amendment, not limited to the burden of completing the form
415C. Burden includes the resources expended for reviewing
instructions, searching data sources, completing and reviewing the
information collection (form and attachments), and transmitting the
information. Since this collection is tied closely to the
information collection including the form 415, the burden of
reviewing the instructions for the Form 415 and attachments may
apply to this collection as well.

Form 415C is submitted to SBA by small
business investment companies (SBICs) to report post-licensing
changes in operating and financial information, such as changes in
key personnel, available capital, or business plan. SBA needs this
update information to monitor the financial soundness and
regulatory compliance of SBICs.
