Abstract: PUBLIC LAW 95-507 REQUIRES THAT CONTRACTS OVER $500,000 ($1 MILLION FO CONSTRUCTION) CONTAIN A SUBCONTRACTING PLAN WITH GOALS FOR SUBCONTRACTING TO SMALL AND SMALL DISADVANTAGED FIRMS. THIS REPORT IS USED BY EACH EXECUTIVE AGENCY TO MONITOR THE FIRM'S PERFORMANCE AGAINST THE GOALS IN ITS PLAN.
