In accordance
with 5 CFR 1320, OMB approves this information collection, subject
to the following conditions. First, BEA must include in Section
III.M. of the Instruction Booklet a provision that allows estimates
for total acreage in Part I, Section G. Second, BEA must insert a
paragraph in the cover letter accompanying the survey that states
that estimates are allowable for the data elements listed in
Section III.M. BEA must accept these estimates and hold follow-up
inquiries about these estimates to a minimum. Finally, BEA must
include in the Instruction Booklet estimates of the amount of time
required to fill out the BE-12(LF) and the BE-12(SF), giving both
the average response time and the range of respondent burden.
