Abstract: QUESTIONNAIRE IS A TRACKING DEVICE FOR GATHERING DATA FROM SESAS WHOSE UI FINANCIAL/ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS WERE AFFECTED BY FY 19 CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET REDUCTIONS.
