Abstract: THESE REGULATIONS REQUIRE RECIPEITNS TO: (1) OBTAIN WRITTEN PARENTAL CONSENT FOR A STUDENT'S PARTICIPATION IN ED-FUNDED PSYCHIATRIC AND PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTING, EXAMINATION OR TREATMENT, WHICH WOULD REVEAL AN OF SEVEN LISTED CATEGORIES OF "PERSONAL" INFORMATION, AND (2) PERMIT PARENTS TO INSPECT INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS USED IN ED-FUNDED RESEARCH OR EXPERIMENTAL PROGRAM THEY ALSO ESTABLISH COMPLAINT PROCEDURES.
