Abstract: GIVEN THE DELAYS OCCURRING IN AIR TRAVEL AND THE PROBLEMS BEING CAUSED TRAVELERS, THIS INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE PURCHASERS OF AIRLINE SERVICE MORE ADEQUATE DATA ON THE PERFORMANCE OF THE CARRIERS IN MEETI PUBLISHED SCHEDULES AND IN HANDLING BAGGAGE. THE INFORMATION COLLECTE WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC FOR THIS PURPOSE.
