Abstract: FOR NASA CONTRACTORS TO USE GOVERNMENT-OWNED EQUIPMENT THEY MUST REPOR THE STATUS OF THAT EQUIPMENT. THE 1342 IS ALREADY USED BY DOD CONTRACTORS FOR THIS PURPOSE, WE USE 1342'S RATHER THAN CREATING A SEPARATE FORM. NASA CONTRACTORS, HOWEVER, PREPARE ONLY SECTION I OF THE FORM.
