redistribution figure of 6253 items for FY 1987. This figure was
provided in a report by NASA for OMB dated 6/13/88 (pg. 3 para. 4)
for a question regarding the NEMS. The breakdown should be in the
following categories. 1) equipment transfers between NASA
installations 2) within installations 3) between installations and
contractors, and 4) between contractors. NASA should also present
resubmission of this clearance in a timely manner so that it does
not have to be reinstated in 1990.
