ASSOCIATION TO OBTAIN BANK BOARD APPROVAL PRIOR TO OPERATING A
SERVICE CORPORATION ENGAGED IN AN ACTIVI NO PREAPPROVED BY
REGULATION. THE PURPOSE OF THE APPLICATION REQUIREMENT IS TO ASSURE
THAT ACTIVITIES ENGAGED IN BY FEDERAL ASSOCIATIONS' SERVICE
CORPORATIONS ARE REASONABLY RELATED TO THE ACTIVITIES FEDERAL
S&L'S AND WILL NOT ADVERSELY AFFECT THE SAFETY AND
