Abstract: THE SBA FORM 770 IS A REPORT OF THE DEBTOR'S INCOME AND ASSETS, REAL AND PERSONAL, WHICH IS USED TO EVALUATE THE FINANCIAL CONDITION OF THE INDIVIDUAL. THE SOLE OBJECTIVE OF THE DEBT COLLECTION ACTIVITIES IS TO OBTAIN IMMEDIATE REPAYMENT OF AMOUNTS DUE THE U.S. GOVERNMENT OR TO ARRIVE AT A SATISFACTORY ARRANGEMENT FOR SUCH REPAYMENT IN THE FUTURE.
