THE FUNDS APPLIED FOR ARE TO BE USED BY THE STATE TO ESTABLISH AN OFFICE OF COORDINATOR OF EDUCATIO OF HOMELESS CHILDREN AND YOUTH AND TO DEVELOP A STATE PLAN WHICH OFFER THESE HOMELESS STUDENTS THE SAME EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AS THOSE OFFERED REGULAR STUDENTS.
