Abstract: THE PUBLIC HOUSING HOMEOWNERSHIP DEMONSTRATION IS DESIGNED TO TEST THE FEASIBILITY AND EFFECTS OF SELLING PUBLIC HOUSING UNITS TO EXISTING PUBLIC HOUSING TENANTS. THE ATTACHED INTERVIEW SCHEDULES WILL BE USED TO COLLECT INFORMATION FROM A SAMPLE OF NEW OWNERS AND THOSE RELOCATED BECAUSE OF THE PROGRAM. THESE INTERVIEWS ARE VITAL TO OUR ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THIS PROGRAM.
