CERTIFICATES FOR ANIMALS WHICH MOVE IN COMMERCE AND SPECIFIES
REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR THESE ANIMALS. THESE CERTIFICATES PROVIDE
UNIFORMITY IN THE INFORMATION COLLECTION PROCESS, SICNE FOREIGN
COUNTRY AND STATE CERTIFICATES ARE ALL DIFFEREN THESE FORMS ARE
USED BY CARRIERS, DEALERS, AND HANDLERS WHEN SHIPPING
ANIMALS.

the collection of information encompassed by this request complies
with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
